Рудлинг, Пер Андерс

Пер А́ндерс Ру́длинг (швед. Per Anders Rudling; род. 11 апреля 1974, Карлстад, Швеция) — шведско-американский историк, специалист по истории белорусского и украинского национализма. Автор исследований по истории белорусского и украинского национализма, Холокоста на Украине и в Белоруссии. Профессор истории Лундского университета.

Биография

В 1998 году получил степень магистра русского языка в Уппсальском университете Швеции. В 2003 году получил степень магистра истории в Университете штата Калифорния в Сан-Диего (США). В 2009 году получил степень доктора философии по истории в Альбертском университете (Канада).

В 2013 году был назначен доцентом (Associate Professor) истории в Лундском университете[1]. Занимает должности доцента и старшего преподавателя на историческом факультете университета[1]. В 2019 году стал стипендиатом программы Wallenberg Academy Fellow, получив грант на исследование украинского «дальнего национализма»[2].

Научная деятельность и взгляды

Значительная часть исследований Пера Андерса Рудлинга посвящена изучению украинского «дальнего национализма» (long-distance nationalism) и политики памяти украинской диаспоры в Канаде[2].

В своих работах историк подробно анализирует Волынскую резню. Он рассматривает эти события как целенаправленную этническую чистку польского населения, ответственность за организацию и осуществление которой несут Организация украинских националистов (ОУН-б) и Украинская повстанческая армия (УПА)[3][4].

Рудлинг является одним из ведущих критиков украинского историка Владимира Вятровича. Он обвиняет Вятровича в историческом ревизионизме, героизации ОУН и УПА, а также в преуменьшении их преступлений[5].

В 2012 году выступил с критикой анонсированного лекционного тура в Канаде Руслана Забилого — бывшего директора львовского «Центра исследований освободительного движения» и директора львовского музея «Тюрьма на Лонцкого». По словам Рудлинга, Забилый участвует в прославлении украинского национализма в его самых жестоких формах. Лекционный тур Забилого, отметил Рудлинг, продвигают организации, ассоциированные с украинским национализмом по образу ОУН(б) Степана Бандеры — антидемократической, антисемитской и расистской организации, которая использовала терроризм и насилие против политических оппонентов и национальных меньшинств. За это Рудлинг подвергся нападкам со стороны украинских националистов в Канаде (среди которых был и президент общества ветеранов Украинская повстанческая армия)[6]. В защиту историка выступил ряд учёных и исследователей Холокоста, которые заявили о своей солидарности с Рудлингом и назвали его критические изыскания весьма ценными и убедительными. Среди поддержавших Рудлинга были Омер Бартов, Эфраим Зурофф, Хирше-Довид Кац, Джон-Пол Химка, Алексей Миллер, Атина Гроссман, Рут Водак, Кристиан Гернер и др[7]. Следует также отметить, что двумя годами ранее, в 2010 году, Рудлинг был одним из 108 подписантов петиции мирового академического сообщества против задержания и обыска Руслана Забилого сотрудниками СБУ.

В том же 2012 году Рудлинг выразил публичный протест против несанкционированного использования своих трудов в составленной народным депутатом Украины Вадимом Колесниченко книге «ОУН и УПА: исследования о создании „исторических“ мифов», которую он вместе с другим автором расценил как «политическую инструментализацию нашей работы Партией регионов»[8].
