  1. ↑ Lowrie et al. (2008) notes the placement of section ''Minutae'' appears, morphologically, to be closer to subgenus ''Bivalvaria'' ''sensu'' Müller & Borsch (2005) but would be placed in subgenus Utricularia sensu Taylor (1989). Molecular studies would confirm its proper placement.
